GREENSBORO, N.C. — The fate of the former Triad Stage site has finally been decided.
A production company called 7 Cinematics will be relocating its headquarters from Los Angeles and Nashville to the former theater in Greensboro.
Triad Stage permanently closed its doors back in July 2023.
The space is currently being remodeled for the company's offices, editing suites and a screening room.
7 Cinematics said they opened a 6,000 sq. ft. logistic hub "just minutes" away from the new headquarters location, but did not provide an address.
The production company is known primarily for its concert feature films, live-music broadcasts and live streams.
They have worked with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dead & Company and KISS.
“I’ve had the good fortune to work in cities like Nashville, Denver and Los Angeles and to travel around the world, but it is a dream come true to bring our growing business back home to North Carolina," said founder and CEO of 7 Cinematics, Adam Paul.
7 Cinematics headquarters is part of a renovation of the former Triad Stage building that a group of local investors purchased in early 2024.
The investors are planning to reopen the main floor of the building as a concert and music venue, according to a press release sent by 7 Cinematics.
