Caesar's Virginia Casino and resort will host a free MEGA hiring event on Tuesday, Aug. 13 in Browns Summit, presented by Klimb Jobs.
Director of Human Resources with the casino, Youshique Gilbert, tells us they are on track to open this year in Danville, Virginia. The company expects to fill more than 650 positions. The hiring event will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It provides employment opportunities for the unemployed and the underemployed.
Klimb Jobs is a Black-owned and Woman-led national career fair company. Their mission is to provide diverse resources to empower career seekers to achieve sustainable employment.
We caught up with Klimb Jobs president, Kimberly Harris-Villalva, as she shared the importance to representation in the workforce.
