GREENVILLE, N.C. — Boosted by a bounce from the opening of a new trampoline park, the Triad market for retail real estate showed positive absorption in the fourth quarter of 2019, according to the latest CBRE (NYSE: CBRE) Triad Marketview report.
The Urban Air Trampoline Park at North Summit Square in Winston-Salem, first reported in the planning stages by Triad Business Journal in October 2018, accounted for more than 30,000 square feet of the almost 59,000 square feet of positive absorption measures in Guilford, Forsyth and Alamance counties.
Forsyth County had positive absorption of 59,160 and Guilford added another 2,754 square feet of positive absorption.
