GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Triad firm born out of the HQ Greensboro co-working space in 2016 has made a habit of outgrowing its own space.

Within its first year, Logistimatics, a GPS tracking device developer and retailer, grew from a small glass-walled office at HQ to the Lewis Street buildings largest tenant space.

By March of 2019, the company had to relocate to its own space, taking up residence in a converted, 4,000-square-foot, two-story home on North Elm Street near Bessemer.
