Rejuvenated Triad shopping center sold again -- for $38.38 million

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Westridge Square, a 215,000-square-foot shopping center on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro, was sold for $38.375 million to McDonald Investment Co. of Birmingham, Alabama, in a transaction filed Monday with Guilford County.

The shopping center, renovated by seller Branch Properties of Atlanta, is on the corner of Battleground and Westridge Road. 

It is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market (NASDAQ: SFM) and Kohl's (NYSE: KSS)
