Voter guide: Look up your precinct for Election Day

The polls open at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in North Carolina.

NORTH CAROLINA, USA — North Carolina plays a pivotal role in the 2024 Election - so make sure you make your voice heard on Tuesday. 

The only day left to vote is Tuesday, and hopefully, you're already registered to vote. You won't be able to register on Election Day.

Unlike early voting, you'll go to your precinct to vote on Tuesday. 

Here's how you look up your polling location in North Carolina. 

  • Head to the Voter Search tool. 
  • Enter your name, year of birth, and county. 
  • Hit search. 
  • The search results will pop up with your name. Click your highlighted name. 
  • On the next page, you can scroll down to the third block of information to see 'your voting locations.' 
  • Scroll a bit further and you can find your sample ballot. 

Reminder: The polls open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
