WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A man is dead after a shooting on E. Devonshire Street in Winston-Salem, police say.
Winston-Salem Police Department Officers responded to the shooting around 1 a.m. Sunday.
Police said 25-year-old Jassy Salinas was found shot. EMS tried to save his life, but he died at the scene.
Two men have been arrested for murder in the case.
