WFMY News 2 caught up the Lewisville Wellness Collective owner and Massage Therapist Meredith Roels along with Physical Therapist Sandy Lacoma.
Women of all ages are invited to join an inspiring and transformative evening at the Women’s Wellness Workshop: Wellness Through the Ages and Stages of Life, designed to empower women to take charge of their health and well-being. The event will be held on September 20 at Lewisville Wellness Collective offering a unique experience focused on holistic health, mindfulness, and self-care.
This is a two-hour workshop is presented by renowned Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Sandy Lacoma, to address the unique needs women face throughout the various stages of life. Whether navigating motherhood, menopause, or beyond, this event will provide the tools, resources, and community support to thrive in every stage of life.
Attendees will walk away with practical strategies for improving physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being, regardless of where they are in their journey through life.
