11 a.m. -- Gov. Cooper is sharing the latest on Debby's impact in North Carolina.
8:45 a.m. -- A little more than 13,000 Duke Energy customers are without power across North Carolina this morning. A significant change from the more than 130,000 customers statewide who lost power during the storm on Thursday. Here are the latest outages in the Triad:
- Guilford County -- about 2,000
- Forsyth County -- a little less than 1,000
