GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Triad is mourning the loss of a longtime leader.
Henry Isaacson practiced law for more than 60 years. He also led the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority for many years and was also a longtime member of the Greensboro Sports Council.
"Henry understood the long-term nature of airport operations, emphasizing the importance of visionary planning over decades," Piedmont Triad Airport Authority (PTAA) current chair member Paul Mengert said. "Henry's vision and leadership have positioned us for sustained growth and prosperity."
He made the list of the Triad's Most Influential people several times.
His funeral is on Sunday at Temple Emanuel. He was 91 years old.
