GREENSBORO, N.C. — A new company is bringing its operations to Greensboro, and investing nearly $7 million into a new location at 7900 McCloud Rd.
PartnerHero, a technology services company that outsources customer support and quality assurance for businesses across the food, e-commerce, and health industries, announced Wednesday, Aug. 21 there are plans to hire around 200 new positions. The average pay range for these new positions is $18.77 per hour, according to Amber Parks who serves as Chief of Staff at PartnerHero.
The announcement from the company comes on the heels of other technology, manufacturing, and automotive companies, such as Toyota, recently making the move to Guilford County and providing new job opportunities for residents in the area.
“As we looked at locations across the country, it was clear that Greensboro could offer a winning combination of a thriving tech cluster, respected educational institutions, and a welcoming community,” Steve Chrabaszewski, COO of PartnerHero, said.
PartnerHero said they hope the move to Greensboro will foster more partnerships with community members and they plan to embrace practicing sustainability.
“Our county's capabilities and digital focus are among the many assets that make Guilford County an attractive choice for global technology leaders like PartnerHero,” Melvin Alston, chairman of the Guilford County Board of Commissioners, said.
