Charges dismissed for Triad chiropractor in one sexual battery case

Charges for Jeffrey Fricke, a Chiropractor in High Point, were dismissed. Now, he's facing a new sexual battery charge.

HIGH POINT, N.C. — Charges against a Triad Chiropractor have been dropped due to technicalities on Tuesday.

Back in August 2023, High Point police arrested 64-year-old Jeffrey Fricke at his practice on Lexington Avenue.

The charges for sexual battery and indecent exposure were dismissed on Tuesday.
However, a new charge of sexual battery was filed and a trial for that case is set for February.

The North Carolina State Board of Chiropractic Examiners said Fricke has been a licensed chiropractor in North Carolina since 1985.

We will update you with more information when we learn more at his next trial.
