GREENSBORO, N.C. — For the first time in over two years, it's snowing in the Piedmont of North Carolina! The snow began just before midnight and will continue through the early morning hours on Tuesday.
The WFMY News 2 Weather Team is expecting snow showers that will continue through around 3-4am, and could bring a coating to parts of the area.
Be alert for slick spots for Tuesday morning's commute! Allow extra time and take it slowly.
