NORTH CAROLINA, USA — An organization is sending help to those impacted by Helene with an unlikely source- mules.
Mountain Mule Packer Ranch is sending mules to help get supplies into hard-to-reach mountain towns.
Mountain Mule Packer Ranch said they reached a staging area in Montreat Thursday, and have already helped families in need.
They will be in Black Mountain Tuesday.
