GREENSBORO, N.C. — For the second night in a row, parts of Greensboro saw flooding. It's the same story as Wednesday, too much rain over a short time. Water rose in some areas, especially on the west side of town.

At 9:15pm, parts of West Wendover Ave. were submerged in water. Cars were reported stranded in the area of Landmark Center Dr. (not far from Sams Club and Applebees). Fire units reported that several cars were stuck in the flood.
