WEATHER SUMMARY
Behind some much needed rain for the Piedmont yesterday, we're drying things out and clearing up for our Friday. As an area of low pressure and a cold front move on by we'll continue to see clearing skies today with a mix of clouds sun. We'll for sure be warmer than yesterday but it's still a cool day of weather with highs in the low 60s this afternoon. As our system pulls away from us, it will leave us with a bit of a breeze at times today, with wind gusts around 20-25 mph at times.
High pressure takes over for a gorgeous fall weekend. We'll have plenty of sun Saturday and Sunday with high temps in the mid and upper 60s. We'll be around 70 and dry to kick off a new week. Looking down the road, we're eyeing another blast of cold air possible by the end of the work week.
The normal low is 39, and the normal high is 61.
