Snow sticking to the decks and elevated surfaces in Lewisville Friday afternoon.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Snow lovers got a little tease for a few hours today as beautiful flakes fell from the sky. That's coming to an end.

Now, we're seeing rain, which will taper off through the late evening hours. Roads won't be icy, but fog will begin to form. Here's what we're tracking.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Rain continues, any mix with snow should be over
  • Precipitation ends by late evening
  • Roads should stay wet, with temperatures above freezing
  • Light accumulation on grassy / elevated surfaces is possible
