FRANKLINVILLE, N.C. — A woman is dead following a head-on crash in Franklinville Thursday afternoon, according to state troopers.
Just before 2:50 p.m., troopers responded to the crash on Whites Memorial Road near Windy Drive in Randolph County.
Rafael Antonion Corella, 58, was driving south on Whites Memorial Road and Linda Susan Jester, 72, was driving north. Corella crossed the center line and hit Jester head-on.
Troopers said Jester died on the scene.
This crash is still under investigation.
