Crash on US-52 at Akron Dr. in Winston-Salem, officials say

Winston-Salem police said US-52 at Akron Drive has since reopened.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A crash caused road closures in Winston-Salem on Tuesday evening.

The Winston-Salem Police Department said a crash temporarily shut down both lanes of US-52 North at Akron Drive.

The road has since reopened.

There is no word on any injuries at this time.
