WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Downed power lines in the street has closed a portion of Stratford Road in Winston-Salem, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.
A crash occurred at the intersection of Stratford Road and Virginia Road, resulting in power lines being down across the road.
The street between Buena Vista Road and Greenbrier Road is expected to be closed for several hours.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
