WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The 400 block of South Main Street is reopened after a car crash and utility lines in the road, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.
The closure stretched from Brookstown Avenue to Cemetery Street.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid this area.
