The Greensboro Police Department said the following areas were experiencing delays:

  • Dolley Madison Road at West Friendly Avenue
  • New Garden Road at West Friendly Avenue
  • New Garden Road at George Fox Road

Police encouraged drivers to use caution and treat the intersections like a four-way stop.

The power has since been restored at those intersections.
