GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man died Sunday after a crash that happened in October in Greensboro, police say.
On Tuesday, Oct.24, the Greensboro Police Department said they responded to a crash on I-40 eastbound on the exit ramp at McConnell Road for a crash involving injuries around 5 a.m.
Investigators said 66-year-old Steven Miller of Greensboro was driving a 2000 Lincoln Town Car from the ramp onto McConnell Road before crashing with a 2016 Jeep Compass. Police said the driver of the Jeep was treated at the scene for minor injuries and Miller was taken to Moses Cone Hospital for his injuries.
Officers said Miller died from his injuries sustained from the crash on Nov. 12.
The Greensboro Police Department Crash Reconstruction Unit responded and is investigating.
