GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man is dead after flipping over into an embankment near the Sandy Ridge Road exit on I-40 East in Greensboro Saturday.
Officers identified the driver as 23-year-old Jaylen Armon Hough.
Hough was driving a 2004 Honda Accord going east on -40 when he ran off the road to the right, hit an embankment, and overturned.
He was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died from his injuries Wednesday.
Greensboro Police Crash Reconstruction team responded and is investigating.
