Police investigating I-40 West crash in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Greensboro Police Department (GPD) is investigating a single-car crash that happened on I-40 West at 10:52 a.m. on Saturday, June 29.

Police said a single car ran off the road to the right on I-40 West near Randleman Road.

The car overturned and ejected the driver, an adult male, according to officers.

The driver sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Police said no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
