GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — A crash on Highway 73 near the Groometown Business 85 exit is impacting traffic Wednesday morning.
Pinecroft Sedgefield Fire Captain said a car flipped over in the median between two guard rails around 7:20 a.m.
The driver has minor injuries.
Fire officials said the road should be cleared soon.
