1 dead, one injured in Greensboro motorcycle crash

Gustavo Toldeo-Rodriguez lost control of his motorcycle and was ejected from the bike on Old Battleground Ave., police said

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man is dead and a woman is severely injured from a motorcycle crash Thursday, Greensboro police said.

The wreck happened just after 11 a.m. on Old Battleground Ave. Gustavo Toledo-Rodriguez, 29, was riding his motorcycle with Grecia Urdaneta-Castillo, 30, when he lost control, police said.

Toledo-Rodriguez spilled the bike and was ejected. He died on the scene, GPD said. Urdaneta-Castillo was thrown from the motorcycle as well and is seriously injured, officers said. 

Investigators are still piecing together what led to Toledo-Rodriguez losing control of the motorcycle.
