GREENSBORO, N.C. — UPDATE: ALL LANES HAVE BEEN REOPENED
Greensboro police said a crash has shut down all lanes of Westover Terrace between West Wendover Avenue and Green Valley Road early Thursday morning.
There are powerlines in the road as a result of the crash. Drivers are to find a different route.
