HIGH POINT, N.C. (WFMY) – It’s down to the final three to name High Point’s Baseball team.
The three finalist names were chosen after more than 4,500 people voted from across the state in the second round of voting.
The final team name will be revealed as part of the next BB&T Point Progress Party on Thursday, July 12 at 6:00 p.m.
It's up to fans to decided so go now to vote online to help whittle down the name options.
The top 3 names include:
- High Point Dragon Claws
- A nod to the Ball and Claw furniture foot
- High Point Rockers
- It's a chair, and it ROCKS!
- High Point Splinters
- The furniture manufacturing industry left many of these.
