Ravens vs. Chiefs this Sunday on WFMY News 2 | What to know about the AFC Title matchup

Watch the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens battle it out for the chance to go to the Super Bowl.

BALTIMORE — The AFC Championship game is set for Sunday, Jan. 28 on WFMY News 2/CBS. Kickoff is at 3 p.m. ET. The Kansas City Chiefs and the Baltimore Ravens will battle it out for the chance to go to the Super Bowl.

The team that wins will play the winner of the Lions-49ers game in Super Bowl 58.

Here's what you need to know about this big matchup between the Chiefs and Ravens.

1. Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes has made it to the AFC Championship round for six straight years (2019-2024). The only other QB to do this was Tom Brady. He led the Patriots to eight straight AFC title game appearances from 2011-2018.

2. Ravens Quarterback Lamar Jackson has won four straight starts by 14+ points. Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes has only lost four starts by 14+ points in his entire career.

3. Mahomes hasn't turned over the ball or been sacked in his last three playoff games. He's the only QB in NFL history without a turnover or sack in three straight playoff games.

4. Jackson is the first QB to lead his team in rushing yards during the regular season and start a conference title game.

5. If the Chiefs win this game, they can become the third team to make four Super Bowls in a five-year span (1990-93 Bills and 2014-18 Patriots).

6. If the Ravens win this game, Jackson would have the most rushing yards ever by a QB to make the Super Bowl (921 this year, including playoffs).
