INDIANAPOLIS -- Roush-Fenway Racing says Carl Edwards is leaving the organization at the end of the season.

The announcement Sunday was not unexpected. There has been talk for months that Edwards would be moving to Joe Gibbs Racing in 2015 to drive a new fourth car for the Toyota team.

Roush officials did not comment on Edwards' plans, but did announce its three-driver 2015 lineup. Greg Biffle and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will both return, and Trevor Bayne will move up from the Nationwide Series to a full-time Sprint Cup Series ride.

Edwards will not be replaced next season.

Edwards has been with Roush since 2003 and in the No. 99 Ford in the Cup Series since 2004. He has 67 career victories in NASCAR's three national series.
