GREENSBORO, N.C. — A sad day for NC A&T football fans as alum Tarik Cohen announces his retirement from the NFL Thursday.
Cohen was a running back for the Aggies before the Chicago Bears drafted him in 2017. He battled injuries for nearly three years before attempting a comeback with the Panthers last season.
The explosive running back reached his peak in 2018 when he rushed for 444 yards and three touchdowns on 99 carries while hauling in 71 receptions for 725 yards.
