ELON, N.C. –The Elon University football team will take the field with a new look in 2015, its second season under the direction of head coach Rich Skrosky. The Phoenix will sport an entirely new line of jerseys beginning this season, as the team prepares for its season opener in exactly 120 days on Sept. 3 at Wake Forest.
The new Nike jerseys will maintain Elon's traditional maroon and gold color schemes, but include new block lettering on the front of the jersey along with the Phoenix logo. The new uniforms also include new stripes on the shoulders.
