GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro Police arrested a woman they say stabbed a man to death last month.
Police and medics responded to an apartment on Montrose Drive on February 20 just before midnight. They found Antonio Salgado-Leon, 29, unresponsive with stab wounds to his chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Wednesday, police charged Nabora Guitierrez-Castro, 28, with first degree murder in Salgado-Leon's death.
