CHATHAM COUNTY, N.C. — Disney is coming to North Carolina.
The company plans to build a new residential community in Pittsboro.
The Storyliving by Disney community will be called Asteria. It will be made up of various types of homes, along with pools, parks, a restaurant, and Disney-themed experiences.
The project remains in the beginning stages of planning for now and plan to start selling homes in 2027.
