Playboy Magazine is planning a "Women of Enron" issue. It's inviting female Enron employees -- past and present -- to send in snapshots of themselves, dressed in bikinis. It will then select some of the women to appear in an upcoming issue. A woman who heads a group of former Enron workers says it's "kind of cute." She says it's a "highlight" -- after all the depressing news the group has had. A Playboy spokeswoman calls it "an opportunity for them to do something fun in the midst of the turmoil that's going on in their lives." Thousands of current and former Enron workers lost most of their retirement savings as the company collapsed amid a finance and accounting scandal.
