Myrtle Beach, SC -- A person has died after falling over a hotel balcony in Myrtle Beach Friday.
According to Lt. Jonathan Evans with the Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue, crews were called to the Island Vista Hotel, located at 6000 North Ocean Boulevard, right before noon.
As of yet, officials have not said if the victim is a man or a woman. According to Myrtle Beach police, it is also unknown from which floor the person fell from at this time.
