HIGH POINT, NC -- Court documents reveal new details about the woman police say abducted her children, prompting an amber alert.
High Point Police say Dominique Lecco did not meet social service workers to turn over her four children Tuesday afternoon.
When social workers could not find her, an amber alert was issued.
Four hours later, the kids were found safe and Lecco was arrested.
The Guilford County Jail says she bonded out on Wednesday.
As for her past arrests she was charged with assault on a government official in August of 2015.
According to court documents, she appeared intoxicated in the middle of Wickham Street in High Point.
Police said she was blocking and interfering with traffic while cursing and shouting at a woman, challenging her to a fight.
Court documents say when police tried to take control over the situation that's when Lecco started kicking at them.
In February 2016, Lecco was also arrested for simple assault.
Court documents say she punched a man in the mouth on Valentine's Day.
Right now it's not clear if either of those cases are related to DSS taking custody of her children.
