WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — What are the odds of a Florida man winning a grand prize from a North Carolina scratch-off ticket?
Well... the odds were in John Burg's favor.
He bought a $20 100X The Cash ticket from the Speedway on University Parkway in Winston-Salem.
Burg won a $100,000 prize and took home $71,256 after taxes.
