Police searching for woman missing from Winston-Salem

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Winston-Salem Police Department is searching for a missing woman.

Charmin Shelsea Fair, 42, was last seen leaving Baptist Medical Center with an unknown direction of travel at 2:15 p.m. on April 9, according to police.

Fair is described as being 5 ft. and 200 lbs. with short black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light green long-sleeved hooded shirt, dark blue jeans and tan boots.

Police said Fair has a mental impairment but is otherwise in good health.

Anyone with any information regarding this incident is asked to call the Winston-Salem Police Department at 336-773-7700.
