WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Another development in a lengthy dispute between two Triad companies.
ITG Brands filed a motion, encouraging a judge to file criminal charges against the owner of the Winston Cup Museum.
The motion said the owner violated the terms of an agreement to settle a previous lawsuit. It said the Museum Cup team agreed to stop saying anything disparaging about ITG.
ITG's legal team references a video posted on YouTube where someone said the company bullied the owner of the Winston Cup Museum into closing.
It said the video warrants action from a judge.
It is unclear if that will happen. Meantime, the Winston Cup Museum will permanently close on Saturday.
