GREENSBORO, N.C. — Two lanes of West Friendly Avenue are closed between Cedar Street and Adams Street due to a six-inch water main break, according to Greensboro police. This area is just west of the Westerwood neighborhood going toward First Baptist Church. Police said 240 people were without water Wednesday morning.
City crews are on site until repairs are complete and lanes reopened, which is expected to take happen at 5 p.m.
