Leaders in Guilford County aim to get the homeless population out of the cold.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — If you or someone you know needs a warm place to be tonight, go here.

The Interactive Resource Center (IRC) will be open as a warming center on Wednesday, Dec. 6 starting at 8 p.m.

This resource is available to those experiencing homelessness. There are no restrictions for entry or identification required, according to the IRC.

You can find the IRC at 407 E. Washington St. in Greensboro.
