GREENSBORO, N.C. — Demolition is underway at a building on UNC-Greensboro's campus.
Crews started tearing down an old building at the corner of Tate and West Gate City Boulevard Wednesday morning.
They're making room for a new facility, which will house a creativity center.
A groundbreaking for the new building is expected in fall 2025.
