BURLINGTON, N.C. — UPDATE: Power has been restored in Burlington.
Over 1,500 customers are without power in Burlington Friday evening, according to the Duke Energy outage map.
The cause of the outage is unknown at this time. The estimated time of restoration is 9:30 p.m.
