"Thrill Seeker" comes with the lowest monthly premium at $64. But consumer advocates warn against those plans."The insurance company knows they've got you going and coming. If you're healthy, they'll keep taking your money and never pay a benefit and if you get very sick and they don't want you, all they have to do is raise your premiums a thousand percent," says Jamie Court of the Consumer Rights Advocate.The age group, between nineteen and twenty-nine represents nearly one third of the nation's un-insured.
