GREENSBORO, NC (WFMY) -- Strong storms moved across the Triad Wednesday and Thursday morning, causing heavy rain, flooding, and knocking down a few trees.
Thursday morning, Flash Flood Warnings were issued for Davidson, Forsyth and Guilford counties until 11:45 a.m.
As of 10:40 a.m., Duke Energy's power outage map showed 370 were without power in Forsyth County and nearly 1,000 were without power in Guilford County.
Forsyth County EMS said a tree was down in the 4500 block of Old Winston Road, blocking the roadway. There were several reported wrecks, including one on US HWY 421. There's reports of water in the roadway at Gumtree Road near Wallburg and in the 900 block of Vance Road.

Winston-Salem police tweeted out a picture of a completely flooded High Point Road just before 9 a.m.
In Greensboro, a new record was set at PTI Airport Wednesday with nearly two inches of rain.
The biggest of the reports came out of Rockingham County. According to Rockingham County EMS, there were reports of flooding at River Road at Deep Springs Country Club and at E. Harrison St. in the city of Reidsville near the railroad overpass. Thursday morning, EMS reported all roads in the county were clear.
There was also a report of trees down on US 29 near the Ruffin area.
Meteorologist Tim Buckley also received information of flooding near Oregon Hill Rd. near Quaqua Creek also in Rockingham County.
Additional reports of flooding in Rockingham County includes Wolf Island Road near the golf course. Wolf Island Creek has flooded onto a bridge along the road.
According to Forsyth County EMS, there were reports of trees down in the Louisville/Clemmons area.
There were also reports of a couple of trees down near Rock Creek Church Rd. in Wilkes County according to Wilkes County Communications.

Also in Davidson County, trees have been reported knocked down in the 1800 block of Michael Rd. in Tyro. There are also reports of trees down in the 700 block of Old Greensboro Rd. in Davidson County according to Davidson County EMS.
