GREENSBORO, N.C. — There's an update going on with a few construction projects in the Triad
The wheels are in motion to tear down an old Sears building in Greensboro.
It's unclear what will replace it, but property management has said there have been plans for active redevelopment in the past.
There is also progress on demolition at the old News & Record building downtown. They are well on their way to demolishing the main building.
It is also unclear what will go there next.
