Giant Halloween decorations turning heads in a Triad community

Thanks to his dad, Floyd Reynolds takes his Halloween decorations to new heights every year.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Halloween display is getting quite the attention in a Triad community.

At the moment, no one can compete with Floyd Reynolds and his Halloween spirit.

The family lives off Milan Road in Greensboro, where their home is full of giant eye-catching decorations.

Reynolds said he makes it a point to go all out every year as he considers it something special for the kids.

He calls it a Halloween walkthrough graveyard.

"The Younger kids are more intrigued, Reynolds shared. " You would think they would be more scared. It's really the older kids. It's funny to see how not brave they are. It looks spooky. Even some parents are scared to walk up."

He said it gives him something fun to do and it's something more creative than just ringing a doorbell.

He enjoys sitting back and watching everyone's reactions when they walk up to his home.

"We get a lot of good reactions, he continued. We get a lot of compliments."

He also wants to inspire his neighbors to get festive. Not to mention, Halloween is no doubt, Reynold's favorite.

"Seeing all the kids dressed up and walking around. I think it's not a tradition that's going away. Seeing all the kids in the costumes. Getting up with your friends and going from neighborhood to neighborhood."

His father is the inspiration for it all.

"I lived in the country and there aren't many kids who come around anymore," his dad shared.

So, he brought the decorations to Greensboro and took off from there.
