LEVEL CROSS, N.C. -- The Petty Museum will soon showcase NASCAR legend Richard Petty's personal collection of firearms.
Museum employees say the guns will be housed in a secure room. Some guns have already been displayed. Employees expect the full collection to be in the museum by December.
The Petty Museum was established in 1988 and features a collection of Richard's famed race cars, and other collections owned by the Petty family.
